Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the use of the B!Water website and to the requests submitted through it.

Purpose

This website presents the B!Water service and lets you ask for information, request a campaign proposal, apply to become a distribution point and try the label simulator. By using it, you accept these terms.

The B!Water service

B!Water hands out free bottled water to the public and offers the label of that water as a communication space for brands. The water is always free for whoever receives it. The cost is borne by the advertising brand.

Requests, proposals and prices

Requests sent through the website are not orders and do not bind either party. Prices, quantities, formats and lead times are set out in a written proposal, valid for the period stated in it. A campaign is only confirmed once that proposal is accepted.

Label simulator

The simulator only gives a visual idea of the result. Actual colours, proportions and finish depend on the chosen format and on the printing process, so they may differ from what you see on screen. The final artwork is always approved with you before production.

Content you send us

By uploading a logo, an image or a text, you declare that you hold the rights needed to use them and you authorise B!Water to use them to prepare the simulation and the campaign. Responsibility for the content sent, including copyright, trademarks and applicable advertising rules, lies with whoever sends it.

Website content

The texts, images, trademarks and other elements of this website belong to B!Water or to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non commercial use.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and the information correct and up to date, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control. B!Water is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the site being unavailable or from occasional errors in the information shown.

Links to other websites

This website may contain links to third party sites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the website is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the right of consumers to use the legally recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies.
