FAQs

The questions we hear most often, from brands and from venues that want to distribute.

For brands

What exactly is a B!Water campaign?

Your brand takes over the label of water packs that are then given away for free to people at events, gyms, hotels, clinics, universities and other distribution points. The brand pays for the campaign, the public pays nothing.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on the number of packs, the chosen format. Get in touch with us with an idea of quantity and target audience and we will prepare a proposal.

What is the minimum quantity?

The minimum quantity depends on the format and the campaign. Get in touch so we can find the best solution for your objective and budget.

Can I choose where my water is distributed?

Yes. You can specify city, type of venue and audience profile. Distribution is planned together with you before production begins.

What formats are available?

An rPET bottle and a Tetra-style cardboard carton. You can simulate both in the label simulator, including how the artwork continues across the different sides.

What artwork should I send?

A logo as a vector file or PNG with a transparent background and, if you like, a short message. The simulator shows you exactly how it will look.

What if my brand does not have a designer?

We can help adapt your logo to the label dimensions. If you need more complex creative work, we can recommend partners experienced in packaging labels.

Can I get exclusivity?

Yes, in some campaigns it is possible to reserve a category or a geographic area, depending on volume and duration. We discuss this in the proposal.

Is there a contract?

Yes. We work with a contract where the responsibilities of both parties are defined. Then just place your orders for your advertising.

For distribution points

Do I have to pay anything?

No. Receiving and giving away B!Water is free for your venue.

What kind of venues can take part?

Gyms, hotels, clinics, schools, universities, coworking spaces, local councils, associations, sports centres, event organisers and festival venues. We do not include venues that sell water, such as supermarkets or restaurants, because that would compete with their business.

Do I have to offer it to everyone?

The water is given away for free to anyone visiting your venue, with no obligation to buy. We will agree the delivery method with you.

Can I request it for just one event?

Yes. It can be ongoing, seasonal, or just for a one-off event. Simply mention the date in your application.

Impact and sustainability

How does each pack help a cause?

Part of the value of every pack distributed goes towards clean water access projects or another cause defined for the campaign. The minimum amount per unit is ten cents.

Who chooses the cause?

The cause is defined for each campaign. Whenever the sponsoring brand has a preference, we try to align the campaign with that cause.

What about the environmental impact of the packaging?

We work with rPET, recycled plastic, and with cardboard cartons. For each campaign, we adjust the format to suit the context of distribution.

What is the quality of the water?

The water is certified quality, in accordance with applicable national and European standards. The packaging preserves the water's freshness and taste.

Process and deadlines

How does a campaign process work?

Briefing, proposal with quantity and distribution points, artwork approval, production, delivery and distribution. We support you at every step.

How long does delivery take?

Two to 6 weeks after final artwork approval, depending on quantity and format. Urgent campaigns can be assessed separately. The actual time depends on the volume of orders.

How is payment handled?

Payment is agreed in the proposal, 50% at the start of production and the remainder before delivery. We accept bank transfer and issue an invoice.
